The New Castle Area School District is accepting applications for Full-time and Day-to-Day Substitute Personal Care Assistants. All applicants must have Act 34 Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint. Applications are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the District’s Administrative Office, 420 Fern Street, New Castle, PA 16101.
