Dear Parents/Guardians,
All school buildings within the New Castle Area School District (NCASD) including the Harry W. Lockley Early Learning Center, George Washington Intermediate School, and the New Castle Jr.- Sr. High School are Title I Schools. As such, this requires strong cooperation, communication and planning between parents, staff, and administration for each student’s success at each school building. Each year, parents and staff create and update the annual agreement, the Parent Home-School Compact, that helps all of us work together for our children’s success! Attached please find the Parent Home-School Compact for 2023-2024. Once reviewed and completed with your child, please return this compact to your child’s homeroom as soon as possible.
